Thank you for your purchase. We hope you’re satisfied with it. However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund. Below, you’ll find more information about our return policy.
RETURNS
Please make sure to send your return within seven (7) days of the purchase date. The returned items should be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email our customer service at msafworld@gmail.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you obtain the RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging. Include the proof of purchase, reason for return, and ensure the product is undamaged and unused. Then, mail your return to the address provided below:

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item for the refund to be processed. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund amount to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
